This feature is designed for businesses, primarily restaurants, who have a number of customers who frequently repeat the same order or orders for either take-out or delivery service. The system allows the customer to access a special site and enter up to five orders they make on a regular basis. Each order is identified by a “keyword”, such as MY1, MY2, etc., and transmitted to a number assigned for your use. When the order is received it is instantly transmitted to your business by your choice of transmission method. Orders may be delivered through your electronic system or by email to your defined address. Confirmation of the order may be returned via text message to the customer, or you may call back to confirm.
